At MUCITUP, we pride ourselves on delivering ruggedly dependable gear with reliable, no‑nonsense logistics. Below is our official shipping policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. During high‑volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories 

International Shipping

International shipping is available on select products and select countries. Availability, customs duties, and fees vary based on destination. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

Note: Some items may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to certain countries or regions due to local laws.


3. Shipping Carriers

MUCITUP ships using the following trusted carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is based on speed, package size, weight, and delivery location.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not after it has been placed.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping 1–2 business days

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.


5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly communicated in promotional materials.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Failure to collect from the carrier

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Refunds may be issued for product cost only, minus original shipping costs.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier, MUCITUP is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the package and damaged item

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate before completing checkout.

MUCITUP is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.


10. Pre‑Orders & Backorders

For pre‑orders or backordered items, estimated ship dates will be clearly communicated on the product page or order confirmation.

Orders containing pre‑order and in‑stock items may ship together or separately based on availability.


11. Special Product Shipping Notes

Some restricted or specialty items (such as certain blade products or controlled accessories) may have limited shipping options depending on state, local, or international laws.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure local legality before ordering.
